Additional Info - DREAM SEW BIG 2019

DREAM SEW BIG uses sewing as a metaphor for accomplishing dreams and overcoming challenges. The goal is to demonstrate that all challenges are a combination of manageable parts, thereby empowering and inspiring people of underserved communities to achieve their dreams by leveraging the tools around them.

Students participate in 4 free sewing classes that also include inspirational messages and business skills from successful members of the community. At the conclusion of the course, students receive a free sewing machine.
