Dream Sew Big is a 501c3 organization, registered in the state of Illinois

Sponsorship levels will be decided by contribution percentile:

Platinum Level Sponsors - Donors in the 99th percentile of all contributors

Gold Level Sponsors - Donors in the 90th percentile of all contributors

Silver Level Sponsors - Donors in the 75th percentile of all contributors

Cashmere Level Sponsors - Donors in the 50th percentile of all contributors

Silk Level Sponsors - All Donors of any contribution amount

What does my money do for people?

• $1500 Pays for materials, machines, and instructors for 10 students

• $500 Pays for 4 students to attend 4 classes and each receive a sewing machine

• $125 Pays for 1 student to attend 4 classes and receive a sewing machine

• $25 Pays for 1 student to have materials for all 4 classes

• $10 Pays for refreshments and snacks for 10 students

DREAM SEW BIG uses sewing as a metaphor for accomplishing dreams and overcoming challenges. The goal is to demonstrate that all challenges are a combination of manageable parts, thereby empowering and inspiring people of underserved communities to achieve their dreams by leveraging the tools around them.

Students participate in 4 free sewing classes that also include inspirational messages and business skills from successful members of the community. At the conclusion of the course, students receive a free sewing machine.
